Steel Fiber Introduction

We supply Steel Fibers made from prime quality hard-drawn steel wire to ensure high tensile strength.The wire is deformed with hooked ends and cut to lengths, used in reinforcement concrete, mortar and other composite materials. Due to this high strength,the uniform distribution of fibers, stresses can be fully dispersed and cracking be effectively controlled.

Compared with normal concrete, steel fiber concrete has great improvement in tensile strength, flexural strength, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, toughness,crack resistance performance, because numbers of steel fiber is evenly dispersed in the concrete, concrete strength is improved deeply.

In the concrete mixture, add right amount steel fiber can be mixed into a kind of special spray as well as casting concrete, that is steel fiber reinforced concrete.
